  • Organize and set up calls and meetings (national and international)
  • Organize and book business trips
  • Travel expense report
  • Checks invoices and orders for approvals
  • Create Purchase Orders 
  • Support and answer HR topics from the team 
  • Coordinate the onboarding process of new employees (but that is not a key activity.)

Profil

  • English knowledge: fluent (written and spoken)
  • German knowledge: advance, optional
  • Excellent organizational, coordination and communication/writing skills
  • Discretion
