1. Обработка обращений пользователей в информационной системе IT и по телефону;
2. Удаленная диагностика и устранение неисправностей с ПО и оборудованием, переадресация на следующий уровень поддержки при невозможности устранить неисправность;
3. Обработка запросов пользователей на предоставление доступов, сервисов и оборудования;
4. Выполнение регулярных задач с целью поддержания качества сервиса;
5. Участие во внутренних проектах команды поддержки;
6. Работа в соответствии с внутренними процедурами и стандартами качества сервиса (Сustomer Services), в частности, SLA и допустимых уровней внутренних KPI команды;
7. Участие в процессе доработки\оптимизации внутренних процедур отдела;
8. Поддержание внутренней базы знаний в актуальном состоянии.


1. Знание принципов работы ServiceDesk;
2. Знание продуктов Microsoft, устанавливаемых на рабочих местах (Windows, Office и пр.) на уровне администратора;
3. Знание принципов работы компьютерных сетей;
4. Умение устранять аппаратные неисправности компьютеров и периферии;
5. Знание английского языка (Intermediate);
6. Высокая клиентоориентированность;
7. Опыт работы на аналогичной позиции;

8. Опыт работы с ITSM-системой.
