- Du bist immer up-to-date bei den neuesten digitalen Trends, treibst Innovationen und bist Trendsetter in Sachen App Vermarktung
- Der Kunde steht für dich im Mittelpunkt: Ideen und Maßnahmen konzipierst du mit Blick auf eine richtig gute Customer Experience
- In unserem Team übernimmst du die operative Verantwortung für digitales CRM über digitale Konzepte und Journey Optimierungen bis zu Trigger- und Multi-Step-Kampagnen – inkl. App-Push- und In-App-Messaging – und deren Monitoring via Analytics und Reporting sowie das Thema Consent und Permission Management

Das hast du im Gepäck:
- Du liebst digital und hast tiefe praktische Erfahrung im digitalen Marketing / CRM und bringst unser digitales CRM und App Marketing aufs nächste Level
- Du bist kreativ, hast Erfahrung im Projekt-management und findest immer einen noch besseren Weg deine Ideen umzusetzen
- Du bist analysestark, daten-getrieben, durchdringst Themen schnell und arbeitest strukturiert und selbständig
- Jeder Jeck ist anders: Du schaffst es spielend zwischen unterschiedlichen Charakteren und Sichtweisen zu vermitteln und kämpfst auch für Ideen, wenn sie nicht deine eigenen waren
- Du lachst gerne auf der Arbeit. Täglich. Mehrmals.
