Your Tasks

Purpose
• Perform, coordinate and improve most complex activities (3rd level environment) needed to provide IT services and the supporting infrastructure in order to fulfill relevant KPI’s. 
• Plan, implement and maintain a stable technical infrastructure to support organization’s business processes. 
• Identify weaknesses in used processes and eliminate them following industry and internal standards. 

Key accountabilities
• Depending on your strengths and interests, your tutor will work with you to design the start of the training as a specialist
• During the intensive basic training you will get a taste of the project so that you can apply what you have learned directly in practice
• After the basic training, we determine your further path for the second phase (specialization) in the so-called pit stop
• You will be involved in the automation of workflows and in the implementation and operation of Azure AD, Azure Intune, Windows Defender, Universal Print, AVD

Salary
Final salary is negotiable. 
We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1500 - 2300€/brutto.

Your Profile

Skills
• Completed studies or completed vocational training in the field of computer science
• You want to take responsibility and are interested in future-oriented IT solutions
• The terms MS Azure, Modern Workplace and Intune are not foreign to you or arouse curiosity in you
• Initial project experience as part of your training or internships in the operation of client management systems is desirable
• Very good knowledge of German and good English

Education
• Degree in Information technologies

Certification
• At least two advanced certificates for relevant platform

IT Technical Skills
• Core platform knowledge – Expert
• Related platform knowledge – Intermediate
