YOUR TASK

An individual responsible in ensuring Automated Processes is in adherence to the Compliance and Statutory requirements.

Your daily routine:

  • Develop goals and objectives of QMS for the Intelligent Automation and its components.
  • Perform periodical audit with regards to ISO / ISMS and GDPR standards and submit observations to leadership and stakeholders
  • Work with Quality team of PU's and ensure Standard Operating Procedures / Working Instructions Documents are up-to date
  • Work with Quality team of PU's and ensure internal audits are covered the automated process
  • Ensures automated process been covered as part of Business Continuity Plan and follow all the required process for BCP
  • Ensures periodical assessment been conducted to proactively evaluate the risks associated with automation

YOUR PROFILE

What you need:

  • A university degree of Masters / Bachelor in any discipline
  • Minimum of 15 years’ experience within the organization and hands on experience in driving Quality Management Systems within the organization
  • Certified Lead Auditor in ISO / ISMS Standardard
  • Any certifications about Regulatory, Compliance, GDPR is desirable
  • Internal auditing experience highly preferred
  • Highly motivated, organized and methodical
  • Experience in driving organizational governance is preferred
  • Good Negotiation Skills
  • Able tooperate in a global context with international teams from different cultures

Minimum salary is 1030€ brutto + variable part of salary + other financial benefits. The final basic wage component can be adjusted accordingly to individual skills and experience of selected candidate
