Your Tasks
Als MitarbeiterIn der Digital Solutions am Standort Wien wirst du Teil eines erfolgreichen Teams, das unsere Kunden in Digitalisierungsprojekten leitet und unterstützt. Wir bieten die Möglichkeit der Mitarbeit in kleineren agilen Projekten als auch in großen agilen Umsetzungsorganisationen. In der Rolle Business Analyst unterstützt du Product Owner und Fachexperten im Management der Anforderungen über den gesamten Lebenszyklus und konzipierst gemeinsam mit dem Team die fachliche Ausgestaltung der Systeme. Dabei nimmst du folgende Aufgaben wahr:
- Mitglied im agile Team mit Fokus Business Analyse und Requirements Engineering
- Identifizierung und Analyse von Anforderungen sowie Führen des Product Backlogs
- Priorisierung und kontinuierliches Anforderungs-Refinement
- Beratung von Fachbereichen für mögliche Umsetzungen bzw. bezüglich Digitalisierungs- und Automatisierungspotentiale
- Erstellung und Abstimmung von Lösungsdesigns unter Berücksichtigung der Gesamtarchitektur
- Erstellung und Übergabe von User Stories im Team
- Vorstellung der umgesetzten Features in regelmäßigen Sprint Reviews
- Optional die Möglichkeit der Übernahme von fachlicher Führung, gesamthafter Verantwortung von fachlichen Themenbereichen, sowie weiterführender Aufgaben (Unterstützung Test, Schulung, Dokumentation)
Your Profile
- Zumindest 5 Jahre Erfahrung in IT- bzw. Digitalisierungs-Projekten, hands-on Erfahrungen in der Entwicklung von Vorteil
- Erfahrung und Wissen im Anforderungs-Management sowie in der Modellierung
- Analytische und proaktive Herangehensweise, hohes Maß an agilem Mindset
- Begeisterungsfähigkeit für Aufgabenstellungen und Willen einer raschen und tiefen Einarbeitung in neue Fachlichkeiten
- Kommunikations- und Konfliktfähigkeiten, hohes Maß an Qualitätsbewusstsein, Umsetzungsstärke und Kundenorientierung
- Teamfähigkeit sowie eine selbstorganisierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Interesse an der Koordination interdisziplinärer Themen
Für Deinen Einsatz bieten wir neben einem interessanten, sich stets weiterentwickelnden Arbeitsumfeld eine dem Level und der Position entsprechende Entlohnung. Aus gesetzlichen Gründen weisen wir auf das kollektivvertragliche Jahresmindestgehalt von €48.370 brutto hin. Das finale Gehalt orientiert sich selbstverständlich an Deiner individuellen Erfahrung.
