Your Tasks
Als Cloud Consultant Swisscloud bist du in OpenStack Projekten für unsere Kunden tätig, unterstützt aber auch das Platform Team in den relevanten lokalen Delivery Einheiten. Du übernimmst eine führende Rolle bei der Konzeption und Umsetzung von IT Landscapes auf unserer Community Cloud „Swiss Open Telekom Cloud“. Dabei holst Du das Beste aus den OpenStack Features und Du berätst Kunden über deren Nutzung im Selfservice. Dazu gehören im Wesentlichen folgende Aufgaben und Verantwortungsbereiche:
- Selbstständige Kundenberatung – du entwickelst gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden und unserer Delivery Organisation neue Möglichkeiten zur optimalen Nutzung der State of the Art Cloud Technologien für die Unterstützung der Geschäftstätigkeit
- Unterstützung unserer Kunden bei Onboardings und Migrationen
- Teilnahme in Kunden PoC während der Presales Phase
- Aktive Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Delivery Teams in der Weiterentwicklung des Cloud Portfolios (insb. technische Beratung)
Your Profile
- Tiefes Wissen und einen umfassenden Überblick über Cloud Angebote (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), IT-/ Netzwerk-Architektur, Server-Technologien, Datenbanken und Applikationsmanagement
- Technische Erfahrung mit OpenStack Services
- VMware vSphere Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägte konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie analytische und kreative Begabung, auch in der Lösungsarchitektur
- Eigenständigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Kundenorientierte Denk- und Handlungsweise
- Ausgezeichnete Präsentationstechnik
- Sehr gute und genaue ziel- und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Reisebereitschaft
