Your Tasks
- Du ermöglichst den TV-Fachbereichen die Gewinnung und Nutzung geschäftsrelevanter Insights durch Analysen auf der firmeneigenen Big Data Plattform, z.B. mit Hive, Python oder Analytik-Plattformen wie KNIME
- Du leitest fachliche Handlungsempfehlungen aus deinen Analysen ab
- Erstellung von Reports und Dashboards für die Fachbereiche mit MicroStrategy und anderen gängigen BI-Tools
- Bereitstellung regelmäßiger Reports an externe Partner
- Verantwortung für die Anforderungsanalyse, das Design und die Implementierung von ETL-Prozessen, um die dauerhafte Verfügbarkeit von Reports und Dashboards zu gewährleisten
- Beratung der Fachbereiche bei der Entwicklung von Reporting- und Auswertungsstrategien
- Aufbau einer sauberen Dokumentation für Abfragelogiken und Analysen
Your Profile
- Du hast bereits Erfahrung in der Datenvisualisierung und mit BI-Tools (bspw. PowerBI und/oder MicroStrategy)
- Du hast erste Berührungspunkte im Online Marketing Umfeld gesammelt
- Du kannst dich auch mal tief in ein komplexes Problem eingraben und teilst Deine Erkenntnisse gern mit dem Rest des Teams und trägst so aktiv zum Wissensaustausch im Team bei
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Datenanalyse mit SQL (zusätzliche Erfahrung mit Python oder R ist ein Plus)
- Du hattest schon erste Berührungspunkte mit Big Data Systemen (z.B. Hadoop, Spark, Google BigQuery)
- Du bringst dich proaktiv in unser agiles Umfeld ein und hilfst uns bei der Verbesserung der Prozesse und Standards

Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort einen Data Analyst (m/w/d) Schwerpunkt Online Marketing in Vollzeit.
Als Teil des Data Competence Center bildest du gemeinsam mit den Kollegen die zentrale Einheit und Schnittstelle für Data Analytics der Telekom Business Unit MagentaTV und stellst den angrenzenden Fachbereichen Reportings, Analysen und Machine Learning-basierte Insights zur Verfügung. Du ermöglichst der Business Unit somit fundierte Entscheidungen auf Faktenbasis zu treffen und die User-Experience zu verbessern.
