Your Tasks
Job Description, Tasks & Responsibilities
- Engage in and improve the whole lifecycle of infrastructure and services—from in-ception and design, through deployment, operation and refinement.
- Support infrastructure and services before they go live through activities such as system design consulting, developing software platforms and frameworks, capaci-ty planning and launch reviews.
- Maintain Infrastructure and services once they are live by measuring and monitor-ing availability, latency and overall system health.
- Support incident resolution and work on lesson learned and preven-tive maintenaince (HW/SW)
- Analyze continuously process and performance - Proactive Problem Management
- Engage in continuous integration, continuous deployment and continuous test-ing of infrastructure and services.
- Ensure infrastructure and/or application availability and continuously optimize resource usage.
- Scale systems sustainably through mechanisms like automation and evolve sys-tems by pushing for changes that improve reliability and velocity.
- Practice sustainable incident response and blameless postmortems.
- Prepare and continuously improve technical documentation
Your Profile
Professional, Social and Specific Skills
Professional skills
- University degree in Technical area (Computer Science, Telecommunication Engineering, Information Systems or related field)
- Experience with virtualization technologies in Linux based environments (hypervisor and/or container-based virtualization)
- Good understanding of TCP/IP networking and network security
- Mobile or/and Fixed Network technologies/architecture knowledge
- Experience in one or more of the following DevOps tools: Gitlab, Jenkins, Ansible
- Experience in one or more of the following languages: Java, Python, Go, Perl or Ruby.
Social skills
- Self-motivated

- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to travel
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, resourcefulness and initiative
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills

Experience in one or more of the following areas
- Public/Private Cloud Architectures
- IP protocols/Open flow
- CCNA certification will be considered an add-on
- Scripting, Automation
- CI/CD processes and tools (GitLab, Ansible, Kubernetes, Tosca, Jenkins)
- Competence in NFV
- Admin of Unix/Linux based system
- Knowledge of IMS
- Experience with Application Programming Interface/APIs
- Knowledge of MSS and rel.4 Networks would be an asset
- English language - fluent (excellent verbal and written communication skills)
