Your Tasks
Das erwartet dich:
- Du koordinierst und gestaltest das Analyse-Landscape auf deren Basis wir kurz- und mittelfristig Wachstum via Web generieren.
- Du unterstützt Marketing & Vertrieb sowie angeschlossene cross-funktionale Teams konkrete Fragestellungen datenbasiert zu beantworten, Insights zu generieren und Maßnahmen abzuleiten.
- Entsprechend unseres Analysebedarfes indentifizierst und treibst du den Auf- und Ausbau unserer Tools und Schnittstellen und stärkst den Analyse.Selfservice.
- Du steuerst Agentur-Partner, die congstar bei der Analyse, Konzeption und Dokumentation unterstützen.
- Du bewegst dich in einem Unternehmen mit viel Gestaltungsspielraum und einem agilen Mindset.
Your Profile
Das hast du im Gepäck:
- Du liebst Daten hast hohe konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten.
- Analysetools wie z.B. Mapp, Adobe, Google Analytics, Firebase, BigQuery und auch SQL sind dir bekannt, ebenso Visualisierungstools wie z.B.: Lookerstudio, Pyramid oder Tableau.
- Du hast Erfahrung und Verständnis für die ganzheitliche Sicht auf das Digitalgeschäft.
- Du bist ein/e Team-Player*in und gibst Impulse, versteckst dich nicht und kannst gut kommunizieren.
- Du bist pragmatisch und lösungsorientiert.
- Du hast Spaß an der Arbeit und glaubst daran, dass ein Team mehr kann als jeder Einzelne.
