As a dual student in the Program and Stakeholder Management (PSM) Team, you will help implement CSR principles in the business, focusing on risk mitigation in our sustainable supply chain. You will monitor projects on a daily basis using our data analytics tools. This includes:

  • Further development of existing and new tools to drive industrialization of the CSR process at BuyIn
  • Launching CSR supplier evaluations (via an external partner) and monitoring of results
  • Analysis of various CSR assessments and the creation of syntheses of the results for buyers’ tenders
  • Management of suppliers with low CSR assessment scores to ensure that corrective action plans deliver the necessary improvements
  • Performance of internal quarterly reporting using an in-house data analytics tool
  • Working with DT and Orange CSR representatives to integrate regulatory changes
  • Managing the mandatory CSR online training platform
  • Integration in a broad range of business-related topics and projects through the PSM team

You hold a University degree with a major in CSR, Sustainability, Sustainable Development or similar with a focus on data analytics.

You also possess the following skills and experience:

  • A deep understanding of CSR and sustainable supply chains
  • Interest in the ICT industry and in procurement
  • Ability to follow numerous projects / tools in parallel
  • An interest in data analytics and tool development
  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) highly desired
  • Strong social skills for interacting with procurement, technical, marketing and other experts
  • Fluent in English, knowledge of German and French is a plus
