Folgende abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben in idealer Kombination aus Theorie und Praxis erwarten Dich:
- Unterstützung bei der Steuerung von Beschaffungsworkflows
- Optimierung und Digitalisierung interner Prozesse
- Unterstützung im Risikomanagement
- End-to-End-Management von Sonderprojekten
- Erstellung von Lieferantenbriefings
- Datenanalyse und -visualisierung
- Unterstützung des PSM-Teams bei den täglichen Aufgaben
Your Profile
Du hast Dein Bachelorstudium – vorzugsweise in Wirtschaftswissenschaften – abgeschlossen und möchtest das bereits erworbenes Wissen im Bereich Einkauf einsetzen, weiterentwickeln und praktische Erfahrungen sammeln. Was Du für Tätigkeit im Stakeholder-Management-Team der BuyIn GmbH mitbringen solltest, ist:
- Erfolgreiche Praktika im Bereich Einkauf / Datenanalyse / Workflow-Management, wenn möglich in einem internationalen Umfeld
- Interesse an der Telekommunikations- oder Informationstechnologiebranche
- Projektmanagement-Fähigkeiten
- Kundenorientierung
- Gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, um in einem multikulturellen und sich schnell verändernden Umfeld zu arbeiten
- Fließende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse; Französisch ist ein Plus
