Employee Backoffice Support
- Administrative support of our account managers in all sales tasks in the quotation and Order process
- Maintenance of customer master data, contacts and opportunities in the sales tools
- Close cooperation with the Marketing and Commercial Order Management departments
- Independent triggering of the order entry process when our customers place an order
- Support in the preparation and preparation of offers, Customer presentations and lectures
- Independent preparation of simple (renewal) offers and Change agreements
- Support in the processing and answering of tenders
- Support of sales activities (events, trade fairs, etc.)
- Collaboration and support for administrative activities at the site (mail processing, telephone, etc.)
- Practiced handling of Microsoft Office products
- Good communication and presentation skills in German and English
- Enjoyment of working with colleagues, also in an international environment
- Independent work and exact working style
- Strong customer orientation
