Your Tasks
Als Fachkoordinator SDx und TC - KMU (m/w/d) betreust und unterstützst du Vertriebseinheiten bei der fachlichen Beratung von Schlüsselkunden. Du bist die zentrale Schnittstelle für das TC-Geschäft zwischen dem Fachvertrieb TC und der KMU-Region Süd/Südwest. In dieser Funktion bist du als Ansprechpartner für das TC-Geschäft der Region verantwortlich, dazu gehört auch die fachliche Führung der TK Hunter.
- Du alalisierst Kundenanforderung und arbeitest fachspezifische, individuelle Lösungskonzepte und Angebote aus
- Du entwickelst Vertriebs- und Accountpläne in Abstimmung mit dem Account-Verantwortlichen und akquirierst Kundenprojekte
- Du verkaufst Produkte, Dienstleistungen und kundenorientierte Lösungen gemeinsam mit dem Account-Verantwortlichen
- Du übernimmst das Ressourcen- und Eskalationsmanagement bei der Durchführung der Kundenprojekten
- Du verantwortest das fachliche Coaching der TK Hunter, sowie den Wissenstransfer zu Themenfeldern ECC, SDx
- Du leitest Projekte mit strategischer Relevanz und vielschichtiger Komplexität
Your Profile
Du kommst aus der IT und bist bereits fit für die Zukunft im SD und TC Bereich? Ein abgeschlossenes Studium ist ein Pluspunkt, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich. Wichtig ist, dass du das „Vertriebs-Gen“ hast.
Überzeuge uns durch:
- TC -Kenntnissen speziell DIA, SDx und Enterprise Communication & Collaboration Lösungen
- Kenntnisse der gängigen IT-Lösungen im Telekommunikations-Umfeld
- Starke Expertise in der Analyse von Bestandskunden auf Entwicklungschancen
- Fachliche Führungserfahrung
- Sehr hohe Eigeninitiative in der Gewinnung und Umsetzung neuer Potenzialkunden inkl. Kaltakquise
- Selbstständiges, strukturiertes Arbeiten mit sehr hoher Zieleorientierung
