Your Tasks
Als Fachlead des Teams Identity & Access Management unterstützt du das unser agiles Team beim Betrieb und der Gestaltung eines IAM-Services, welcher sich durch Einfachheit, Sicherheit und Transparenz auszeichnet. Du übernimmst dabei die fachliche Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung und den Betrieb des Services. Mit neuen Ideen und Ansätzen entwickelst du Verbesserungen in diesem Umfeld und unterstützt den Kunden seine Anforderungen sowie Wünsche zu planen und umzusetzen. Dazu gehören im Wesentlichen folgende Aufgaben und Verantwortungsbereiche:
- Fachliche Führung eines agilen Teams (IAM Squad)
- Lösungsentwicklung im Bereich «Identity & Access Management»
- Beraten und unterstützen beim Integrieren von neuen Systemen
- Unterstützung des Portfolio- und Produkt Managements
- Aktive Zusammenarbeit mit Partnern, Lieferanten, Herstellern sowie den Kunden
- Fachliche Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden
Your Profile
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine höhere Informatikausbildung auf Stufe HF/FH/FA
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Active Directory, Azure Active Directory und Public Key Infrastructure
- Du bringst Kenntnisse von Protokollen wie LDAP, Kerberos, OAuth2, OIDC und SAML mit? Super – denn das wünschen wir uns!
- Prozesse und Zusammenhänge betrachtest Du nicht nur unter der technischen Perspektive, sondern prüfst diese auch unter betriebswirtschaftlichen Aspekten
- Als Teamplayer und mit starker Sozialkompetenz kommunizierst du gerne mit Kunden und Teammitgliedern
- Du sprichst fliessend Deutsch und bringst gute Englischkenntnisse mit
