Finance and Controlling BSC - Financial Controller part-time
General description

- Uploads of reporting data into systems
- Execute service deliverables (acc. to process description) on an operative level in timely manner.
- Following working methods and maintain records and systems.
- Communicate with the internal / external customers on operative level.
Accountabilities
- Following processes in the respective business environment.
- Activities in the monthly closing process.
- Maintain internal standards, processes and routines based on group requirements.
Requirements
Education
- secondary school or University education (Bachelor’s degree) in Business Administration / Economics (ideally with focus on subject matter)
Experience
- First experience of relevant work experience in subject matter or work experience in a Shared Service Center is a benefit
Languages
- English - Advanced (C1)
Others
- Knowledge of Finance and Controlling processes and procedures is a benefit
- MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) - intermediate
- Strong sense of responsibility
- SAP user skills are an advantage
- Ability to work in team and willingness to work in an international environment / intercultural sensitivity
Salary
Minimal base salary 3,60 eur / hour. The final basic wage component can be adjusted accordingly to individual skills and experience of selected candidate.
