General description

  • support for certain department.
  • user administration
  • access rights authorization
  • 1st and 2nd level support
  • Uploads of reporting data into systems
  • Execute service deliverables (acc. to process description) on an operative level in timely manner.
  • Following working methods and maintain records and systems.
  • Communicate with the internal / external customers on operative level.


Accountabilities

  • Following processes in the respective business environment.
  • Activities in the monthly closing process.
  • Maintain internal standards, processes and routines based on group requirements.


Requirements
Education

  • secondary school or University education (Bachelor’s degree) in Business Administration / Economics (ideally with focus on subject matter)

Experience

  • First experience of relevant work experience in subject matter or work experience in a Shared Service Center is  a benefit

Languages

  • English -  Advanced (C1)


Others

  • Knowledge of Finance and Controlling processes and procedures is a benefit
  • MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) -  intermediate
  • Strong sense of responsibility
  • SAP user skills are an advantage
  • Ability to work in team and willingness to work in an international environment / intercultural sensitivity

Salary

Minimal base salary 3,60 eur / hour. The final basic wage component can be adjusted accordingly to individual skills and experience of selected candidate.
