Your Tasks

General description

Support customers (managers/internal customers in a variety of ways:

  • Transparency of business results, finance & processes in the company.
  • To prevent customers from making inefficient decisions which are based on strategy of division.
  • To provide all relevant controlling information to customers which are used for decision making.
  • To coordinate preparation of the plans & sub plans, which are oriented to ensure successful future of the company.
  • To develop & manitain controlling systems.

Accountabilities

  • Perform operational controlling tasks in medium & high complexity
  • Process control in the respective business environment
  • Coordination of relevant closing processes for specific business areas
  • Preparation of the plans & sub- plans
  • Activities in the monthly closing process by taking into account continual service improvement
  • Maintain internal standards, processes and routines based on group requirements
  • Support Team leader by in optimization of processes and outputs
  • Guide and coach Controllers 1& 2 and train new team members
  • Held trainings for other colleagues                                                                   

Requirements

Education

  • University education (Bachelor’s degree) in Business Administration / Economics (ideally with focus on subject matter) or higher

Experience

  • Experiences in controlling or finance area (minimum 4 years)

Languages

  • English - C1,

or

  • German - C1.

Others

  • Advanced knowledge of Finance and Controlling processes and procedures
  • SAP user skills advanced
  • IFRS knowledge in related field
  • MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint) – expert level
  • Strong sense of responsibility and communication, negotiation skills
  • Actively spread a knowledge to other team members
  • Active work in team and willingness to work in an international environment / intercultural sensitivity

Salary

Minimum monthly salary is  1250 € brutto + variable part of salary + other financial benefits. The final basic wage component can be adjusted accordingly to individual skills and experience of selected candidate

Requirements

Education

  • University education (Bachelor’s degree) in Business Administration / Economics (ideally with focus on subject matter) or higher

Experience
