Controller
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Execute the planning & control cycle and monitor the business performance and its processes in order to provide guidance and advice to (senior) management. This has to be, in line with business goals external regulations and internal (international) policies and standards, in order to contribute to the business performance DTGBS NL and ensure compliance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Planning & Control
Collect relevant data, analyze and calculate items within planning and control cycle, as well as define and advise forecasts based on expected costs and revenue from the business. Steering and execution of the monthly financial month end closing cycle to secure the quality of the administration, timely, complete, accurate.
2. Reporting
Provide relevant management and steering information to the board and other management of DTGBS NL (internationally) and ensure proper reporting to external parties (e.g. regulators), in line with corporate and external reporting standards, in order to contribute to strategic decision making and legal compliance.
3. Monitoring & Analysis
Monitor and analyze financial data of DTGBS NL and pro-actively advise and guide business owners, in line with financial and business goals, internal and external regulation, in a way that enables the business to improve its performance and compliance.
4. Performance Management
Advise business owners about financial and business performance and provide standards from DT, in order to align the different processes and implement best practices.
5. Process Optimization
Signals deviations in processes of DT GBS NL and optimize these processes, in line with international policies and external regulations, in order to ensure compliant, effective and efficient business operations.
