Ob Pflicht- oder freiwilliges Praktikum – bei uns profitierst du in jedem Fall von einer attraktiven Vergütung und unterstützt das Team für Automatisierung und Innovation bei folgenden verantwortungsvollen Aufgaben:
- Unterstützung der internen Kommunikation zu innovativen Themen bei der Planung, Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Kommunikationsmaßnahmen
- Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des Intranetauftritts über ein Content Management-System (YAMU)
- Konzeptionelle Begleitung unserer Kommunikationsstrategie und Erarbeitung neuer Formate
- Unterstützung bei der Planung, Vermarktung, Organisation, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von kleineren Events
Your Profile
Du studierst Wirtschaftswissenschaften - optimalerweise mit einem Schwerpunkt in Marketing/Kommunikation oder Sozialwissenschaften, Kommunikationswissenschaft, Medienwissenschaft oder eine vergleichbare Fachrichtung mit guter Studienleistung oder befindest dich im Gap Year.
Zudem verfügst du über folgende Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten:
- Du hast ein sehr gutes mündliches und schriftliches Ausdrucksvermögen und hast Freude an gestalterischen Tätigkeiten
- Du arbeitest strukturiert und verfügst über ein hohes Maß an Organisationsfähigkeit
- Planung und Umsetzung von Aktions- und Thementagen
- Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Unternehmensbereichen, Tochtergesellschaften und externen Partnern Unterstützung beim Daily Business im Team (Erstellung von Präsentationen und Analysen, Beantwortung von Anfragen für verschiedene Zielgruppen etc.)
- Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und verfügst über eine zuverlässige und vorausschauende Arbeitsweise
- Du besitzt gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Ob Word, Excel oder PowerPoint – im Umgang mit den MS-Office-Programmen fühlst du dich sicher
- Kenntnisse in Videobearbeitungsprogrammen sind von Vorteil
