General description

  • The role governs respective process on corporate level of T-Systems International.
  • Organizes and implements the relevant processes T-Systems wide. Prioritizes process improvement measures and projects.
  • Manages the process rollout (in time, budget, quality), measured through process implementation checks.
  • Governs process quality and effectiveness by acting as a quality control in process optimization programs.
  • Provides process consultancy in strategic Automation Projects and Quality initiatives.

Accountabilities

  • Prepares and governs process strategy on corporate level.
  • Designs and develops Key Performance Indicators measuring quality and effectiveness of the process on corporate level.
  • Analyzes Key Performance Indicators results and identifies gaps and deviations in existing processes/instructions.
  • Designs, develops and actively drives implementation of improvement changes in processes, sub-processes and process related requirements according to valid corporate standards, in order to increase the efficiency of the process execution.
  • Coordinates, organizes and steers activities related to Communities of Practice (CoP) and Process Improvement Team (PIT).
  • Manages process documentation on corporate level.
  • Develops content of process relevant training material and contributes to Quality Academy roll-out.
  • Provides consultancy in assigned processes.
  • Proposes and controls optimization measures.
  • Steering of virtual Process Improvement Team (up to 15 people) and leading of Global Process Community (open community of experts).

Minimum monthly salary is 1550 € brutto + variable part of salary + other financial benefits. The final basic wage component can be adjusted accordingly to individual skills and experience of selected candidate.
