As Head of a new Devices business, you will lead a cross functional unit with a large breadth and area of ​​responsibility, both personally and professionally. You will devise the strategic plan for this particular area and be responsible to generate the business support for this at all levels throoughout the company. You will be the  the escalation person for internal and external points. You will manage complex and particularly difficult questions with pronounced decision-making.  You will ensure this business is successfully integrated into the markets with excellent customer execution and clear tangiable benfefits for all stakeholders including, partners, markets and customers. You will be instrumental in creating a strategic roadmap of products and services in the group devices business. 

• You are responsible for selecting new employees, organizing the team, motivating employees, initiating training and further development and promoting talent
• You cascade the overarching strategy into your own area and develop strategies and basic regulations
• You optimize the area of ​​responsibility using key figures, increase process efficiency and carry out tasks within the framework of budget planning
• You represent work results to the higher management level
• You participate in projects

You have a degree level of education and have many years of professional experience in the telecommunications environment.
You are also characterized by the following knowledge and skills:

• Several years of experience in the communicaiton industry at leadership level                                                                                    
• Excellent experience in managing complex projects involving large budgets and mutilple stakeholders                                               
• Excellent knowledge of budget and cost management
• Excellent experience in classic and agile forms of cooperation
• Excellent experience leading diverse teams and cultures  
• excellent experience in creating a strategic vision and having the ability to deliver tangiable benefits with full support of the business  
• Be commercially and technically compotent with commitment to deliver excellent customer experience                                                                                     
• Excellent experience in dealing confidently with senior executives at Board level  
• Be a solid escalation point and work under high degree of pressure at times
