Your Tasks

Whether you are looking for a compulsory or voluntary internship – with us you profit in each case from an attractive remuneration and support the Residency Program Management Team with the following exciting tasks: 

  • Facilitate and supervise an incubation program, managing respective timelines and projects that are part of it
  • Implement measures aiming towards building a strong community among startups in our office space
  • Prepare and conduct presentations, communicating with representatives of hubraum, stakeholders of Deutsche Telekom or T-Mobile, partners & our community
  • Conceptualize and execute marketing measures around the Residency Program
  • Support and coordinate the organization of events and workshops
  • Collaborate effectively with teammates across multiple locations around the globe, from the US to China
  • Organize on- and off-boardings of startups in our co-working space
  • Represent hubraum during external (conferences, meetings, hackathons, etc.) and internal events

Your Profile

You are majoring in Business Administration, ideally with a focus on / first experience in Project Management / Marketing, a comparable degree program or situated in the gap year. Please upload your enrollment certificate. Furthermore, you fulfil the following skills and qualifications:

  • English language skills (Level C1)
  • Ability to solicit feedback and incorporate it quickly while meeting deadlines
  • Hands-on mentality & open communicative mindset
  • Demonstrated ability to work calmly and maintain good judgment in fast-paced, high-stress environments
  • Experience in working on content related to tech startups
  • First experience in project management, event organization and/or social media marketing (esp. Instagram)
  • Knowledge of central- & eastern European startup hubs (Krakow, Berlin, etc.)
  • Technical skills with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign
  • Geeky about tech topics (e.g. telco network infrastructure, IoT, 5G, Gaming, Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence, etc.)
