Your Tasks
- Du unterstützt in einem Scrum Team die Weiterentwicklung unseres CRM- und Workflow-Systems.
- Gemeinsam mit deinem Team erarbeitest du tragfähige technische Lösungen.
- Du berätst die Fachseite und den Product Owner bei technischen und fachlichen Fragen.
- Du begeisterst dein Team dafür, hochwertige Software eigenverantwortlich zu liefern.
- Als Scrum Master lebst du agile Werte und Prinzipien selbst täglich vor.
- Du organisierst den Austausch innerhalb deines Teams und den Informationsfluss im Verbund mit der gesamten IT.
Your Profile
- Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrungen in verschiedenen Softwareentwicklungsprojekten.
- Java, Oracle, SOAP und PL/SQL sind für dich keine Fremdworte.
- Nicht-funktionale Anforderungen hast du immer "auf dem Zettel".
- Du kennst dich in Architektur-Patterns aus.
- Deine analytischen Fähigkeiten helfen dir, neue Lösungswege zu entdecken und zu bewerten.
- Du verstehst es, auch komplexe technische Themen verständlich darzustellen.
- Du hast bereits in agilen Projekten gearbeitet und idealerweise Erfahrungen als Scrum Master gesammelt.
