Your Tasks
Als IT-Consultant (m/w/d) in der SDS agierst du als Know-How Träger an der Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kund*innen und unserem internen Entwicklungs- und Serivce-Team. Du unterstützt und beratest unsere Kund*innen bei technischen Fragen und Problemstellungen im Zusammenhang mit unseren SDS Solutions. Insbesondere umfasst dein Aufgabengebiet folgende Tätigkeiten:
- Weiterentwicklung und Automatisierung der unternehmensweiten Deployment-Prozesse
- Kompetente Betreuung von Kund*innen von der Erstinstallation über das Integrationsprojekt hinweg bis hin zur Unterstützung/Design im Produktionsbetrieb
- Proaktive technische Beratung der Kund*innen rund um den optimalen Einsatz der SDS Produkte
- Durchführung von Trainings zur Aus- und Weiterbildung unserer Kund*innen, Partner*innen und Mitarbeiter*innen
Your Profile
- Fundierte technische Ausbildung (IT Studium, FH, HTL)
- Berufserfahrung als Berater*in in Integrationsprojekten oder Applikationsbetrieb
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich von relationalen Datenbanken (Oracle, DB/2, Postgres), SQL, Datenanalyse
- Fundierte Kenntnisse mit Betriebssystemen, vor allem LINUX
- Kenntnisse von Scriptsprachen und Umgang mit Scripting von Vorteil (Automatisierung)
- Grundlegende Kenntnisse im Bereich Netzwerk-Infrastruktur und IT-Security
- Analytische Fähigkeiten, Teamgeist und eine projektorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort in Vollzeit (38,5 Wochenstunden). Für diese Position gilt ein kollektivvertragliches Mindestgrundgehalt von € 48.370,- brutto pro Jahr (für 38,5 Wochenstunden). Wir bieten darüber hinaus eine marktkonforme Überzahlung in Abhängigkeit von Qualifikation und Vorerfahrung sowie diverse SDS Benefits.
