Your Tasks
Als IT Process Engineer (m/w/d) erwarten Dich folgende Aufgabenschwerpunkte:
- Design und Lifecycle Management einer gesamtheitlichen Process Landscape
- Ganzheitliche Automation operativer Prozesse
- Komplexe, fachliche Anforderungen strukturieren, harmonisieren und clustern, um sie anschließend in eine logische Prozesskette zu designen, welche automatisierbar ist
- Dokumentation der Prozesse mit digitalen Tools
Your Profile
Idealerweise bringst du Folgendes mit:
- Einen Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Informatik bzw. einen MBA General Management – Projekt und Prozessmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Berufsausbildung mit entsprechender Fachrichtung bzw. fachspezifischer Zusatzausbildung bzw. mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung im Umfeld Process Engineering
- Eine ITIL-Zertifizierung und möglichst eine mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
- Erfahrung im Prozessmanagement und in der methodischen Prozessanalyse sowie Erfahrung in der Konzeption von digitalen Prozessen und Softwarelösungen
- Überzeugendes und lösungsorientiertes Kommunikationsgeschick in deutscher und englischer Sprache
