Agile und klassische Praktiken verbinden - wie sie das Gesamt-Team, inkl. Stakeholdern brauchen, um Projekte zum Erfolg zu bringen.
Als erfahrene/r Projektmanager/-in nutzt du Frameworks wie Scrum, Kanban, PMI als Leitmotiv.
Daraus wählst du das Beste aus den Welten aus, um für alle nachhaltige Werte zu erzeugen.

- Spannende IT-Projekte bei großen und mittelständischen Unternehmen der Automobil- und Luftfahrt- Branche sowie dem öffentlichen Bereich
- Freiräume zur Gestaltung der Projektarbeit (lernen und experimentieren)
- Teilnahme und Vernetzung in Communities of Practices
Dies wird unterstützt durch unsere regelmäßigen persönlichen Entwicklungsgespräche, in denen individuelle Lernpfade erarbeitet werden. Führungskräfte können wir so aus den eigenen Reihen entwickeln.
Your Profile
Du verfügst über Projekterfahrung - vorzugsweise aus dem IT- oder Automotive Sektor und die Fähigkeit, über den Tellerrand zu schauen, um agil, traditionell, hybrid passend zu verbinden.
Darüber hinaus überzeugst du mit folgenden Kompetenzen:
- Selbstorganisation und Motivation
- Eigenverantwortung erlaubt Vertrauensarbeitszeit - und ort (je nach Projekt- und Teambedürfnissen)
- Moderne Führungsmethoden (z. B. Agile Leadership, Management 3.0, OKR) sowie gute Kommunikation
- Projekterfahrung zählt mehr als Zertifikate - Zertifizierungen nach DGPM/ IPMA, Prince2, PMA sind hilfreich
- Gute agile Kenntnisse (Scrum Master, Product Owner, SAFe, o. ä.) - generell zählt die mentale Einstellung
- Andere an deinem Wissen teilhaben zu lassen (z. B. als Trainer/-in) erfüllt dich mit Freude
