IT Specialist (to substitute during maternity and parental leave)

Your Tasks

Detailed job description and responsibilities:

  •     To ensure delivery of all appropriate IT tooling from workplace through to enterprise process solutions.
  •     To ensure office infrastructure and connectivity is established and maintained ac-cording to SLAs/OLAs.
  •     Responsible to collect and document all business requirements towards IT systems.
  •     Alignment of delivery activities with local vendors, outsourcing partners as well as NatCo specific implementation projects with program leads and delivery teams across 10 countries.
  •     Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
  •     Maintains control of project status (triple constraints) through proactive change management.
  •     Provides regular and accurate reporting.
  •     Maintains control of security compliancy of all IT systems in use and prepares for quality assurance reviews and security audits, driving a culture of continuous improvement.
  •     Maintain relationships with counterparts and other stakeholders by effective communication.
  •     Responsible to manage relationship with suppliers and operators of all relevant IT systems. Lead selected contract negotiations, acts as an escalation point in technical matters.
  •     Vendor management.
  •     Coordination of end user services supplier (POSAM)

Your Profile

Skills, capabilities


  •     University degree in Technical area
  •     Project Management Certification, e.g. PMP – preferred

Professional knowledge, skills, know-how in the field & experience in the field:

  •     Experience in field of activity:  5 years in an IT/Telco function,
  •     Firm understanding of IT and NT architectures (OSS/BSS) within the DTAG group
  •     Thorough understanding of DTAG business strategy
  •     Preferably good networks across DTAG NatCos
  •     Managerial experience: experience with coordination and leading teams within multinational project environments is very important
  •     Multinational experience:  very important, preferably within East-European countries

Language skills:

  •     English language - fluent (excellent verbal and written communication skills)

Managerial skills / competences:

  •     coordination skills: YES
  •     excellent skills in planning, organizing, coordination and monitoring

Interpersonal, communication skills:

  •     communication skills
  •     excellent organizational skills
  •     interpersonal skills with the ability to build up relationships with internal and external stakeholders
