Als „Junior IT Business Consultant (m/w/d)“ arbeitest Du mit unserem wachsenden Team an unserem Standort in München in der technischen Entwicklung und Modernisierung der Softwaresysteme unserer Automotive- und Industriekunden.
Im Projekt arbeitest du an der Abstimmung, Erstellung und Freigabe der Spezifikationen auf Grundlage der vom Kunden zur Verfügung gestellten Informationen. Dies beinhaltet u.a. die folgenden Aufgaben:
- Erstellung und Abstimmung der EPICs und User Stories mit dem Fachbereich des Kunden
- Unterstützung der Feature Teams bei der Umsetzung der Umsetzung der User Stories und in der Defect-Analyse
- Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Geschäftsprozessen mit dem Kunden
- Koordination von geschäftsprozessrelevanten Lieferleistungen in den Feature Teams
- Aktive Mitgestaltung des Product Backlogs
Your Profile
Du verfügst über abgeschlossenes Studium in einem der Teilbereiche der Informatik oder Betriebswirtschaftslehre. Im Rahmen deiner ersten Berufserfahrung hast du Freude daran gewonnen, beratend tätigk zu sein, Geschäftsprozesse zu spezifizieren, und kennst die Schätzverfahren zur Aufwandermittlung. Hilfreich sind folgende Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten:
- Praktische Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Jira und Confluence
- Erste Erfahrungen mit agilen Vorgehensweisen
- Eine souveräne Verständigung und Präsentationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
