Your Tasks
Als „Junior IT Projektmanager Automotive (m/w/d)“ unterstützt du die Planung und Steuerung von IT-Projekten zur Neu- und Weiterentwicklung der Vertriebs- und Marketingsysteme unserer Kunden. Konkret heißt das:
- Du unterstützt die Projektleitung von Softwareentwicklungsprojekten bei der Terminplanung, Kostenkontrolle und Qualitätssicherung nach den Standards der T-Systems und unserer Kunden
- Du besprichst mit den Kunden die Entwicklungsbedarfe in deren individuellen IT-Systemen
- Gemeinsam mit dem agilen Projektteam berätst du unsere Kunden bei der Definition technischer und fachlicher Systemanforderungen
- Im Projektmanagement-Team unterstützt du die Führung und Koordination des nationalen Projektteams und der internationalen Entwicklungsteams inkl. der Unterauftragnehmer
- Bei der Erstellung von Solution Designs zur Neukundenakquise in Angebotsphasen und im Business Development bringst du deine Ideen und Vorstellungen ein
Your Profile
Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium, idealerweise der (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Grundlegende Kenntnisse und erste Erfahrungen im agilen IT Projektmanagement, ideal sind Scrum oder SAFe, virtuell und international hast du bereits
- Gute Technologie- und Prozesskenntnisse aus der individuellen Softwareentwicklung (Consulting, Realisierung und Test) aus der Automotivebranche sind wünschenswert
- Über souveräne Kommunikation- sowie Präsentationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch verfügst du
- Eine offene Einstellung gegenüber neuen Ideen und Ansätzen ist Teil deiner DNA und du willst sie einbringen
- Zertifikate aus den Bereichen Projektmanagement (PMI, Prince, GPM), agile Methoden (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) oder neuen Technologien (Cloud) sind von Vorteil
