Your Tasks
Als System Engineer (m/w/d) OTC entwickeln Sie Systeme und Services unter Berücksichtigung der Geschäftsanforderungen weiter. In unserem Labor führen Sie Messungen an optischen Transceivern durch und vergleichen diese mit den allgemeingültigen Spezifikationen der Hersteller.
- Sie erarbeiten Konzepte/Spezifikationen, erstellen und pflegen Systemdokumentationen.
- Sie installieren und administrieren Systeme sowie entsprechenden Applikationen.
- Sie arbeiten bei der Einführung von Prozessen/Systemen in den Regelbetrieb mit.
- Sie führen Performanceanalysen und -tunings durch.
- Sie leiten Teilprojekte.
Your Profile
Sie verfügen über ein naturwissenschaftliches Studium oder ein Studium der Elektrotechnik (optimalerweise mit Schwerpunkt: optische Übertragungstechnik) und bringen bereits eine erste Berufserfahrungen im Umfeld ICT mit.
Sie haben ...
- Erfahrung in der Konzeption von Telekommunikationsnetzen sowie im Unternehmens- und Architektur-Management
- Fortgeschrittene Erfahrungen im Bereich der optischen Übertragungstechnik, deren Schnittstellen und Einbindung in bestehende Technikplattformen (E2E-Plattformdesign mit operativer Verantwortung)
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der technologischen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Analyse von Technikkomponenten
- Tiefgehende Kenntnisse des Markt-, Technologie- und Mitbewerberumfeld in der Informationstechnologie- und Telekommunikationsbranche
- Ausgeprägte Erfahrungen mit DevOps, modernen Entwicklungsvorgehen und Start-Up Mentalität
- Weitreichende Erfahrungen aus Mitarbeit in crossfunktionalen Projekten
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
