Als Junior UX Designer (m/w/d) verwandeln Sie HR Businessanforderungen und Nutzerwünsche unserer internen Kunden in kreative Lösungen für eine einzigartige User Experience. Folgende spannende Aufgaben warten auf Sie:

  • Durchführung von Marktanalysen und User Researches mit qualitativen Methoden wie Interviews und Fokusgruppen sowie Design Thinking Workshops
  • Erarbeiten von Lösungsansätzen zur App- und Portaltransformation
  • Erarbeitung von innovativen Interaktionskonzepten für bestimmte digitale Produkte und Services; hierbei Entwurf und Umsetzung von User Interfaces mit Styleguides und werkzeugunterstützende Erstellung von Prototypen
  • Gestaltung von Collagen, Layouts und Storyboards in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Redakteuren, Designern, Entwicklern sowie Produktmanagern
  • Überprüfung der Konsistenz von UI-Elementen
  • Übernahme von Projektverantwortung in agilen Entwicklerteams; hierbei Durchführung der Designaufgaben und Erstellung der relevanten Ergebnisdokumente in allen Phasen: Planung, Durchführung und Auswertung entwicklungsbegleitender User Tests
  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Fachrichtungen Grafikdesign, Kommunikationsdesign, Interaktionsdesign, GUI-Design oder eine vergleichbare abgeschlossene Ausbildung im UX Design
  • Erste praktische Erfahrung im UX- , Interaction-, Interface- oder Kommunikationsdesign
  • Gute Kenntnisse von aktuellen Design- und Protoypting Tools
  • Spaß an agiler Projektarbeit im Team mit Produktmanagern, Redakteuren und Entwicklern
  • Knowhow in der Entwicklung von UI Konzepten moderer App-, Tablet und Portalanwendungen
  • Fließende Deutsch und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Home office/mobile working possible
