Your Tasks
Wie du uns helfen kannst:
- Optimieren und Nachhalten bestehender Strukturen und Prozesse (Internes Kontrollsystem, Kostenstellenrechnung, Kreditkartenprozess, Einkaufsprozess etc.)
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Accounting & Tax der Muttergesellschaft
- Vorbereitung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
- Selbstständige Betreuung des Eingangsrechnungsprozesses inkl. Erfassung und Prüfung der Rechnungen
- Bearbeitung und Prüfung von Kreditkartenabrechnungen
- Prüfung der Barauslagen und der Reisekostenabrechnungen
- Unterstützung bei Kontenabstimmung, Kontenklärung sowie Pflege der OP-Listen
- Debitoren-, Kreditoren- und Sachkontenbuchhaltung
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Controlling und anderen Unternehmenseinheiten
Your Profile
Was du mitbringst:
- Verbindliches Auftreten, Organisationsgeschick sowie einen eigenverantwortlichen und strukturierten Arbeitsstil
- Hohe Eigenmotivation und -initiative, Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbereitschaft („Hands-on“-Mentalität)
- Genauigkeit bei buchhalterischen Themen
- Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung, gerne in einem dynamischen und innovativen Unternehmensumfeld
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, bestenfalls mit dem Fokus Buchhaltung oder Steuerfachangestellte/r
- Eine ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität und sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Excel – ggf. auch SAP
