Als Lead Service Manager für einen unserer grössten internationalen Kunden bist du der Ansprechpartner und verantwortlich für einen reibungslosen Ablauf der vertraglich vereinbarten Services . Dazu gehören im Wesentlichen folgende Aufgaben und Verantwortungsbereiche:

  • Einhaltung der vertraglich vereinbarten Services in Bezug auf Zeit, Qualität und Kosten
  • Hauptansprechpartner für den Kunden für alle vertraglichen und finanziellen Belange
  • Optimierung von Verträgen und Service-Vereinbarungen
  • Stetige Weiterentwickelung von bestehenden Services (Neugeschäft erkennen und generieren)
  • Verantwortung für den reibungslosen Ablauf von Eskalationen
  • Qualitätskontrolle und Monitoring von internen Prozessen mit Produktion und Verkauf
  • Etablierung und Weiterentwicklung einer tragfähigen Kundenbeziehung um die Rolle des „Trusted Advisors“ ausführen zu können
  • Fachhochschul- oder Universitätsabschluss oder gleichwertige Ausbildung sowie entsprechende berufliche Erfahrungen
  • Ausgewiesene kommerzielle und technische Kenntnisse von „end to end“ ICT Serviceerbringung
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse des Service Portfolios des Kunden
  • Ausgeprägte Projekt- und Change Management Kenntnisse
  • Erfahrungen mit Budgetplanungen/Kostenkontrollen
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Konfliktmanagement Kenntnisse
  • Verhandlungsstark und guter Netzwerker
  • Sehr gute Deutsch und Englisch Sprachkenntnisse
  • Home office/mobile working possible
