Möchten Sie die Chance ergreifen, Teil eines großen internationalen IT-Konzerns zu werden? Dann sind Sie bei uns genau richtig. Wir suchen einen Legal Counsel (m/w/d) für eine befristete Anstellungsdauer von 6 Monaten für 38,5h/Woche (VZ). Folgende Tätigkeiten gehören zu Ihrem Aufgabenfeld:
- Juristische Beratung im operativen Geschäftsbereich (national und international)
- Analyse der rechtlichen Aspekte bei Angeboten und Projekten
- Erstellung, Bearbeitung und Führung von Verhandlungen spezifischer Kunden- und Lieferantenverträge
- Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Konzernkollegen und externen Rechtsanwälten
- Durchführung von Due Diligence-Prüfungen im operativen Business
- Claim Management bei Gerichtsverfahren und Verfahren bei der Konzern-Schiedsstelle
- Planung und Durchführung von Schulungen und Awareness Kampagnen für rechtliche Aspekte
Your Profile
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften/Masterstudium Wirtschaftsrecht
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer Rechtsanwaltskanzlei oder als Unternehmensjurist*in (Erfahrung im IT-Umfeld von Vorteil)
- Erfahrung in der Erstellung, Analyse und Verhandlung von Verträgen
- Kenntnisse des Vertragsrechts, Wirtschaftsrecht und Urheberrechts
- Kenntnisse in Vergaberecht sind von Vorteil
- Verhandlungssicheres Englisch und sicherer Umgang mit Office-Anwendungen

Aus gesetzlichen Gründen weisen wir auf das kollektivvertragliche Jahresmindestgehalt von € 52.220,- brutto hin. Das finale Gehalt orientiert sich selbstverständlich an Ihrer individuellen Erfahrung.
