Your Tasks
- Beratung des Vertriebs-Accounters im konkreten Kundenprojekt zum IP-VPN Produktportfolio
- Beratung des Kunden aufgrund seiner spezifischen Use Cases zum IP-VPN Produktportfolio
- Qualitätssicherung bei der Erstellung der Beauftragungsunterlagen (Erfassungsbogen) durch den Accounter/Kunden für IP-VPN Produkte
- Neuaftrag Erfassung im Tool
- Aenderungsauftrag und Kündigungsauftrag Erfassung und weiterleiten an einem Funktionsmailbox
- Ansprechpartner für die regionalen Sales Consultants zum IP-VPN Produktportfolio
- Schnittstelle zu Vertrieb und TDG Commercial Management sowie zum Produkt- und Prozessmanagement der IoT Unit für die Beauftragung/Einrichtung von IP-VPN Produkten
- Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung von Kunden-Ausschreibungen/RfQs
Your Profile
- Beherrschung der Deutschen Sprache: Muttersprache, C1 schriftlich und mündlich (Selbstsichere verwendung mit deutschsprachigen Kunden)
- Sales Orientierung
- Kenntnis des IP-VPN Produktportfolios der IoT Unit
- Kenntnisse im IP Umfeld (Protokolle, Technologien, Einsatzszenarien)
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Mobilfunknetze (Netzelemente und Übertragungstechnologien 2G/3G/4G/5G/NB-IoT
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kunden/komplexen Kundenprojekten
- Verständnis für Einsatzszenarien/Use Cases des Kunden entwickeln und Lösungen präsentieren
- Sales Speak – Erfahrung in der Vermittlung von komplexen Sachverhalten/Produkten an den Kunden
- Prozessverständnis für Beauftragung und Einrichtung von Telekommunikationsprodukten für Geschäftskunden
- CCNA – Schulung und/oder Zertifizierung sind Vorteil
