Your Tasks
- Verantwortung für das externe Rechnungswesen inkl. Rechnungslegung in SAP, dies umfasst
- Bearbeitung, Prüfung und Weiterleitung des Rechnungsein- und ausgangs
- Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung
- Überwachung und Nachverfolgung von Eingangszahlungen sowie Rücksprachen mit den Kunden und internen Kolleginnen und Kollegen bei Zahlungsverzögerungen
- Schnittstelle zu den relevanten Ansprechpartnern im Konzern-Accounting & -Controlling
- Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung im operativen Tagesgeschäft z.B. bei der Terminorganisation oder der Abrechnung von Barauslagen/Spesen
- Kommunikative Schnittstelle und Ansprechpartner für Kunden und Mitarbeitende
- Selbständige Büroorganisation, dies umfasst
- Beantwortung und Weiterleitung von Telefonanrufen und eingehenden E-Mails
- Empfang und Betreuung von Kunden und Gästen/Besuchern
- Verwaltung und Archivierung von Dokumenten
- Planung und Beschaffung von Büromaterial
- Erstellung und Führung von diversen Statistiken
- Aushilfsweise (Urlaubs-)Vertretung im Bereich Einkauf & Beschaffung
Your Profile
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Tätigkeit
- Ausgeprägte Erfahrungen im Rechnungswesen
- Fundierte SAP-Kenntnisse
- Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
- Absolute Integrität und Loyalität – vor allem auch bei höchst vertraulichen Themen
- Service- und dienstleistungsorientiertes Handeln basierend auf der Fähigkeit auf Menschen zuzugehen
- Pro-aktive und lösungsorientierte sowie selbstständige, sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Verbindlichkeit und Verlässlichkeit
- Souveränes Auftreten und ein hohes Maß an Kommunikationsstärke
- Gutes schriftliches und mündliches Ausdrucksvermögen in Deutsch und Englisch
