Der Enterprise Service Bus (SOA BP) soll in den kommenden 2 Jahren umgebaut werden. Konkret soll das SOAP-Messenging zurückgebaut und auf RESTful-APIs umgestellt werden. Als Operations Manager Enterprise Integration (m/w/d) für die Applikation SOA Backplane gehören die folgenden Aufgaben zu Ihrem Tätigkeitsbereich:
- Betreuung eines unternehmenskritischen Enterprise Service Bus (UNIX-basiert), noch basierend auf SOAP (SOA Backplane)
- Verantwortung und Steuerung der qualitativen Leistungserbringung der beauftragten Applikationen
- Mitarbeit und kontinuierliche Optimierung des Applikationsbetriebes
- Arbeiten in einem agilen Umfeld mit KanBan
- Mitarbeit im Incident-, Problem- , Change- und Config-Management im Rahmen der ITIL Prozesse
- Planerische Vorbereitung und Abstimmung fachlicher und technischer Maßnahmen
- Troubleshooting im Rahmen des 2nd Level-Supports für die betreuten Applikationen und Softwareprodukte
- Sicherstellung der Security Anforderungen #EHE_T&I#
Your Profile
Sie verfügen über ein Studium (z.B.Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik) oder eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung (z.B. Fachinformatiker*in) in Verbindung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung im Umfeld System Operations. Des Weiteren zeichnen Sie sich durch folgende Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten aus:
- Fachliche Verantwortung im Aufgabenbereich für den ordnungsgemäßen Betrieb inkl. Anwendungsverfügbarkeiten komplexer Infrastrukturen oder Anwendungen im Rahmen der bestehenden Prozesse
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Betrieb von UNIX-basierten Umgebungen
- Kenntnisse in der Programmierung von Shell-Scripten
- Kenntnisse in der Weiterentwicklung des Automatisierungsgrads beim Deployment des Anwendungsreleases
- Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Fehleranalysen sowie Analyse von technischen Störungen und Störungsbehebungen; ggf. 2nd Level Technical Support bei der Behebung von Incidents
- Idealerweise Erfahrungen im Kontext DevOPS (Aufbau/Transformation und Betrieb von Anwendungen im DevOPS-basierten Umfeld)
- Bereitschaft zur Teilnahme an Rufbereitschaften
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
