Your Tasks
- Du schaltest unsere ausgeschriebenen Vakanzen auf relevanten Portalen und Kanälen
- Nach tieferer Einarbeitung übernimmst du das Bewerbermanagement durch das Sichten und die Vorselektion der Bewerberbungsunterlagen
- Für Vakanzen mit wenig Bewerberrücklauf identifizierst du neue Talente und gehst in die Direktansprache mit geeigneten Kandidaten
- Als Ansprechpartner für Bewerber sorgst du für eine ausgezeichnete Candidate Experience, beantwortest Rückfragen und koordinierst und terminierst Interviews
- Kurzum: du unterstützt uns im gesamten Recruitingprozess
- Darüber hinaus hilfst du uns mit Aufgaben aus dem operativen Tagesgeschäft
- Außerdem fallen Tätigkeiten im administrativen Bereich an, in denen du uns unterstützt: Erstellung von Zeugnissen, Bescheinigungen, Verträgen und Vorlagen
Your Profile
- Du studierst BWL, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Psychologie oder eine vergleichbare Studienrichtung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Personalmanagement
- Du hast bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen im Active Sourcing und Recruiting sammeln können
- Du arbeitest eigenständig und proaktiv und gehst deine Tätigkeiten strukturiert an
- Du hast eine aufgeschlossene und kommunikative Art und scheust dich nicht, Aufgaben zu übernehmen
- Du hast Lust darauf, in einem Team ohne formalen Hierarchien und mit viel Eigenverantwortung zu arbeiten
- Du schätzt sowohl eigenständige Arbeit als auch Diskussion und Lösungssuche im Team
- Du bringst eine hohe Online-Affinität mit
