Ob Pflicht- oder freiwilliges Praktikum - bei uns profitierst du in jedem Fall von einer attraktiven Vergütung und unterstützen unser Team idealerweise für einen Zeitraum von 3 Monaten bei folgenden spannenden Aufgaben:
- Support bei der Kreation und Implementierung von Konzepten im Bereich der Eignungsdiagnostik
- Analyse von Ergebnissen, Organisation und Erstellung von Dokumenten für das Management
- Unterstützen des Teams in verschiedenen Projekten
Your Profile
Du studierst Psychologie, Soziologie, idealerweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Human Ressources, einen vergleichbaren Studiengang oder befindest dich im Gap Year. Zudem bringst du folgende Qualifikationen und Kenntnisse mit:
- Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich der Eignungsdiagnostik, z. B. durch vorherige Praktika, sind von Vorteil
- Unabhängiger, strukturierter und ergebnisorientierter Arbeitsstil
- Kulturelle Sensitivität, Flexibilität und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
