Your Tasks
Bei diesem Praktikum hast du die Möglichkeit, tiefe Einblicke in die Arbeit und Funktionsweise der Geschäftsführung eines führenden IT-Dienstleistungsunternehmens zu gewinnen. Du unterstützt sowohl die Kolleginnen im „Büro der Geschäftsleitung“ als auch den „Portfolio Unit Head Digital Solutions“ auf hohem Niveau hinsichtlich vieler verschiedener Themen und Fragestellungen. Im Einzelnen wird dies vor allem folgende Tätigkeiten umfassen:
- Terminmanagement
- Reporting-/Controlling-Support
- Projektkoordination und Verfolgung von bereichsspezifischen Programmen
- Protokollierung und Agendaverfolgung von wichtigen Meetings und Themen
- Aufbereitung von Präsentationsunterlagen
- Meetings/Events (Organisation von Projektmeetings/internationalen Besuchen, Vorbereitung der Räume etc.)
- Allgemeine Tätigkeiten fürs Office der Geschäftsleitung
Your Profile
- Du bist in einem laufenden Studium (vorzugsweise mit wirtschaftlichem und/oder informationstechnischem Hintergrund) und möchtest uns in einem Praktikum über 12-18 Monate (mit 30 Wochenstunden) unterstützen
- Du hast erste Erfahrungen im Einsatz von Projektmanagementtechniken und -methoden sowie ausgezeichnete Office-Kenntnisse
- Du besitzt sehr gute Englisch Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, hohe Kundenorientierung sowie Lernbereitschaft, Verlässlichkeit und ein ausgeprägtes Maß an Eigeninitiative runden dein Profil ab
