- Laufendes Studium
- Du hast ein gewisses Grundwissen der ITIL Prozesse
- Du hast ein gutes IT-Grundverständnis
- Kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit hoher Serviceorientierung
- EU-Staatsbürgerschaft oder freier Zugang zum Österreichischen Arbeitsmarkt
