Accountabilities

• Constant interaction with the customer, e.g. review product status, Gemba walks, end-user interviews and surveys, brainstorming, trade
studies, market research.
• Maintaning high-level product vision, product backlog and constant refinement and communication with teams.
• Drive continuous near-term ‘roadmapping’ of the product development.
• During each PI planning session, Product Manager presents the vision, which highlights the proposed features of the solution, along with
any relevant upcoming milestones.
• Set-up and steer delivery strategy.
• SPOC for escalation regarding delivery topics.
• Supports pre-sales activities, contract negotiations, new customer onboarding.

Requirements

  • University degree - master
  • Experience in project management - 3 years
  • Experience with  agile software development methodology (e.g. Scrum)
  • English  B2
  • Presentation, negotiation skills
  • Experience with risk management, critical thinking, accounting and planning
  • Intermediate knowledge of SAFe methodology
  • Very good understanding of Agile and Scrum principles
  • Deep knowledge of respective business domain
  • Overview in current trends in the domain
  • Financial background and/or financial acumen
  • Leadership experience
