Your Tasks
- Du bist verantwortlich für Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung aller im Service genutzten IT-Applikationen (ACD, E-Mail-Tool, Chat-Tool, Messaging Applikationen, Social Media)
- Du implementierst iterativ ein mit dem Fachbereich entwickeltes Zielbild einer Omnichannel-Plattform auf der idealerweise alle Kundenservice-Kanäle zusammenlaufen
- Du übersetzt die Ideen in Stories und setzt diese mit einem kleinen Team von externen Entwicklern aktuell nach SCRUM auf unserer SaaS-Plattform um
- Ihr erweitert die Omnichannel-Plattform um Automatisierungs-Features ggf. durch KI-Elemente, um Kundenanliegen zu lösen und den Service-Mitarbeitern die Arbeit zu erleichtern
- Du hältst den Markt für Omnichannel-Lösungen im Kundenservice im Blick und generierst so eigene Ideen
- Du bist Teil eines Team in dem trotz ambitionierter Ziele der Spaß an der Arbeit und das Lachen nie zu kurz kommen
Your Profile
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im ITK Umfeld und ein großes Interesse und Verständnis für IT
- Einen soliden technischen Background und Erfahrung als Product Owner in agilen Produkt-/ Softwareentwicklung-Projekten. Du musst nicht programmieren können, aber Du hast Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Entwicklern und verstehst Ihre Anforderungen und Arbeitsweise
- Idealerweise hast du Erfahrung mit im Kunden-service eingesetzten IT Applikationen wie Routing-Plattformen oder Omnichannel Lösungen wie z.B. Salesforce. Darüber hinaus hast du ein Verständnis für das operative Kundenservicegeschäft
- Du bist intrinsisch motiviert, übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und nutzt deinen Raum gern, um sehr gute Ergebnisse zu produzieren
- Deine Kreativität hilft euch dabei, intelligente Lösungen für die gestellten Anforderungen zu finden
