Your Tasks
- Als Produkt Owner bist Du verantwortlich für das systemübergreifende Solution Design deines Produktes und die damit verbundenen Kundenprozesse.
- Gemeinsam mit deinem Team erarbeitet ihr die Produkt-Strategie zur Verfolgung der Unternehmens-Vision und -Ziele.
- Du bist verantwortlich für das Backlog deines Teams und arbeitest agil mit anderen Product Ownern auf euer gemeinsames Ziel hin.
- Du verantwortest das Stakeholdermanagement zu relevanten Schnittstellen und Rollen.
- Gemeinsam mit der den Fachabteilungen arbeitest du an den Business Mechaniken und der Wertmaximierung des Produktes.
Your Profile
- Du bist eine starke, reflektierte Persönlichkeit, die sich fachlich als auch menschlich stets weiterentwickelt.
- Wertschätzung, Diversität, Augenhöhe lebst du täglich und siehst Konflikte als Chance.
- Langjährige Erfahrung in der agilen Produktentwicklung mit starker Markt- und Kundenausrichtung.
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit IT-Entwicklungsteams: Du musst nicht programmieren können, sprichst aber Ihre Sprache.
- Agile Werte schmecken dir besser als kostenloses Obst.
