Your Tasks
Als Produktmanager (m/w/d) trägst du die Verantwortung für die Vision, die strategische Ausrichtung der Produktentwicklung und die Wertemaximierung für unsere IT-Lösungen im Banking Umfeld.
Dazu gehören folgende Tätigkeitsfelder:
- Markt- und Konkurrenzanalyse, Anforderungsanalyse inklusive Austausch mit Kund*innen
- Erstellen solider Product-Business Cases inklusive Pricing-Verantwortung für alle Produkterweiterungen.
- Erstellen der fachlichen Leistungsbeschreibungen im Rahmen der agilen Softwareentwicklung.
- Product-Backlog-Management im Rahmen der Produktstrategie, dazu gehören die Pflege der Backlog Items, das Priorisieren und Reihen der Items für die Entwicklung und die Abnahme dieser.
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Produktinformationen, Kundenpräsentationen, Marketing-Unterlagen, etc.
- Vertretung der SDS und der Produkte bei nationalen wie internationalen Veranstaltungen und Tagungen
Your Profile
Du bringst ein hohes Maß an Kund*innenorientierung mit, denkst innovativ und kreativ und hast das notwendige Gespür für Trends und Entwicklungen in der Finanzindustrie.
- Entweder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung (Uni, FH o.ä.) oder langjährige Erfahrung und fundiertes Wissen im Banking & Finance Bereich
- Gute Kenntnisse im Wertpapiergeschäft und auch bei regulatorische Themenstellungen
- Idealerweise einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Produktmanagement eines Software-Anbieters
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke sowie Überzeugungs- und Konfliktmanagement
- Ausgeprägte Ergebnis- und Lösungsorientierung sowie Belastbarkeit und Umsetzungsstärke
Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort und in Teilzeit (mind. 30 Wochenstunden) oder Vollzeit (38,5 Wochenstunden). Für diese Position gilt ein kollektivvertragliches Mindestgrundgehalt von € 49.714,- brutto pro Jahr (für 38,5 Wochenstunden). Wir bieten darüber hinaus eine marktkonforme Überzahlung in Abhängigkeit von Qualifikation und Vorerfahrung, einen leistungsabhängigen variablen Anteil sowie diverse SDS Benefits.
