Your Tasks
- Eigenverantwortliche Planung, Steuerung und Leitung von Softwareentwicklungs-, Integrations-, Migrations- und Einführungsprojekten in der öffentlichen Verwaltung mit einem Volumen von mehr als 2 Mio. EUR. Dabei wird besonderes Augenmerk auf Termintreue, Kostenkontrolle und Qualität nach den Projektstandards der T-Systems und der Kunden gelegt.
- Vertrags-, Risiko-, Change- und Claim- Management
- Steuerung des Projektteams und fachliche Führung der Projektmitarbeiter sowie Koordination von anderen Liefereinheiten und Unterauftragnehmern
- Mitwirkung in der Spezifikation, Realisierung und Qualitätssicherung sowie der Einführung von IT-Systemen, u.a. im Umfeld von OZG-Prozessoptimierungen
- Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Konzepten und Kalkulationen für Angebote

Your Profile
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit IT-technischem oder (betriebs)wirtschaftlichem Schwerpunkt oder vergleichbare Berufsausbildung mit langjähriger Berufserfahrung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement, davon mindestens zwei Jahre in der Leitung von System Integration Projekten bzw. Teilprojekten in der öffentlichen Verwaltung auf Bundes-, Landes- oder Kommunalebene
- Praktische Erfahrung im Vertrags-, Risiko-, Change- und Claim-Management
- Fundierte Erfahrungen sowie erste Zertifizierungen in agilen und klassischen Projektmanagementmethoden und Frameworks wie Prince2, PMI, IPMA, V-Modell XT, Scrum
- Wünschenswert sind ein persönliches Netzwerk und Wissen über aktuelle Digitalisierungstrends in der öffentlichen Verwaltung
- Deutschkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem Niveau sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
