Your Tasks
Als Projektmanager (m/w/d) Glasfaserausbau Koordinator leiten, planen, steuern, kontrollieren und schließen Sie komplexe Bauprojekte im Rahmen unseres strategischen Breitbandausbaus ab.
Zu Ihren spannenden Aufgaben gehören:
- Sie legen den Projektansatz fest und definieren klare Verantwortlichkeiten innerhalb des (Teil-)Projekts, im Team zusammen mit anderen Projektleitern
- Sie planen und stimmen Projektressourcen entsprechend der fachlichen Anforderungen ab (wie Budget- und Baukostencontrolling)
- Sie übernehmen die zielgruppenspezifische Kommunikation und die Abstimmungen mit Wegebaulastträgern und beteiligten Behörden
- Sie arbeiten an der Optimierung von Projektprozessen, Aktivitäten und Systemen mit, auch remote
- Sie überwachen und kontrollieren Bauvorhaben im Hinblick auf Einhaltung der technischen Richtlinien und rechtlichen Vorgaben
- Sie steuern den Einsatz von Auftragnehmern im Bereich Tiefbau und Montage von Glasfaser
Your Profile
Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium als Dipl-Ing FH oder Bachelor im Bereich Bauwesen, Telekommunikation oder einer artverwandten Fachrichtung alternativ eine vergleichbare Qualifikation und bringen bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Umfeld Projektmanagement mit.
Des Weiteren zeichnen Sie sich durch folgende Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten aus:
- Detaillierte Kenntnisse von Markt-, Technologie- und Mitbewerberumfeld in der Informationstechnologie- und Telekommunikationsbranche inkl. der digitalen Transformation
- Sehr gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
- Erfahrung als Projektleiter oder Teilprojektleiter in der Planung im klassischen Umfeld, vorzugsweise mit PMI-Zertifizierung (oder einer vergleichbaren Zertifizierung)
- Erfahrung in der Projektleitung im Bereich Tiefbau oder Telekommunikation, idealerweise im Umfeld von Kommunen
- Kenntnisse des Telekommunikationsgesetzes und technischer Regelwerke im Tiefbau
- Erhöhte Reisebereitschaft national, aktuell in in Nordrhein-Westfalen sowie fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
