Your Tasks
Als Projektmanager (m/w/d) Leipzig managen Sie Teil- oder Projekte und übernehmen die fachliche Führung.
- Sie legen den Projektansatz fest und definieren klare Verantwortlichkeiten
- Sie planen und stimmen Projektressourcen entsprechend der fachlichen Anforderungen und des Projektscopes ab
- Sie bewerten, kommunizieren und mindern Risiken sowie fertigen die zielgruppenspezifische Kommunikation
- Sie arbeiten an der Optimierung von Projektprozessen, Aktivitäten und Systemen mit, zum Teil remote
Your Profile
Sie besitzen ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung sowie Erfahrung in Projektmanagement mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung.
Des Weiteren verfügen Sie über folgende Skills:
- Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse von Markt-, Technologie- und Mitbewerberumfeld in der Informationstechnologie- und Telekommunikationsbranche
- Sehr gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, inkl. der digitalen Transformation
- Erfahrung als Projektleiter oder Teilprojektleiter in der Planung, vorzugsweise im agilen Umfeld
- Experten-Know-how in der Nutzung agiler Methoden wie SCRUM und Lean
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Deutschen Sprache
