  • E2E-Verantwortung für die Kreditorenprozesse aller Procure-to-Pay (PTP)-Vorgänge, von der Beschaffung bis zur Zahlungsfreigabe einer Eingangsrechnung
  • Detaillierte Prozessaufnahme/-dokumentation (ARIS) des relevanten Prozessbereichs sowie kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung hinsichtlich Effizienz und Qualität mittels analytischer und statistischer Methoden, z.B. nach der SixSigma-Methodik
  • Eigenverantwortliche Umsetzung von (Teil-) Projekten/Maßnahmen im Konzernumfeld mit IT Fokus
  • Ansteuerung des IT-Demandprozesses für Systemänderungen/-anpassungen
  • Präsentation von Fachthemen u. a. in den operativen Einkaufs- und Kreditorenbuchhaltungseinheiten, in Führungskreisen sowie anderen Fachbereichen mit Schnittstellen zu PTP sowie Durchführung von Schulungen
  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in BWL oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit langjähriger kaufmännischer Berufserfahrung
  • Mind. 8-10 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Einkauf oder Kreditorenbuchhaltung mit Affinität zu (IT-) Prozessen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP, insbesondere SRM, MM, FI sowie MS Office
  • Erfahrung im Arbeiten in großen Projekten und in der Leitung wichtiger (Teil-) Projekte
  • Bereitschaft zu Geschäftsreisen im nationalen und internationalen Umfeld
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
