Your Tasks
Als Hersteller von Standardsoftware wollen wir unser Leistungsspektrum um den Betrieb unserer Solutions in den Modellen Application Management und Software-as-a-Sevice erweitern.
Zur Unterstützung unseres Betriebsteams suchen wir einen eigenverantwortlichen SaaS Technical Operator (m/w/d) für die Aufrechterhaltung des Servicebetriebes.
Weitere Aufgaben umfassen:
- Überwachung von Batch- und Demonprozessen, Schnittstellen und Scheduler sowie die technische Konfiguration der SDS Solutions
- Installation und Wartung von Testsystemen, sowie Umsetzung technischer Änderungen und laufende Wartung der Systeme
- Erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kund*innen, Unterstützung bei der Fehleranalyse
- Analyse von Betriebsabläufen und Prozessoptimierung, sowie Umsetzung dieser zusammen mit dem Betriebsteam
Your Profile
- Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (HTL, FH/Universität)
- Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
- Sehr gute Linux-Kenntnisse , Scriptsprachen (Linux Script, Perl), Berechtigung, Security
- Sehr gute Datenbank-Kenntnisse (optimaler Weise Oracle, alternativ DB2, PostgreSQL)
- Umfangreiche Erfahrung in den Bereichen SQL-Abfragen, Datenexport/Import, AWR Reporting, Datenbank-Administration
- Bereitschaft zur Arbeit in einem Betriebsumfeld, insbesondere zur Übernahme von Bereitschaften
- WebSphere MQ- sowie Webserver Kenntnisse von Vorteil
Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort und in Teilzeit (mind. 30 Wochenstunden) oder Vollzeit (38,5 Wochenstunden). Für diese Position gilt ein kollektivvertragliches Mindestgrundgehalt von EUR 48.370,- brutto pro Jahr (für 38,5 Wochenstunden). Wir bieten darüber hinaus eine marktkonforme Überzahlung in Abhängigkeit von Qualifikation und Vorerfahrung, sowie diverse SDS Benefits.
